Accessories for the Buell 1125R

The Buell 1125R is a sports bike suited to winding roads and, for riders who choose to do so, track riding. Those uses put the emphasis on braking and routine engine care rather than luggage or extra carrying capacity. That is why the accessories listed here centre on brakes and filters. Both have a practical place on a bike that might spend one weekend on a relaxed ride and the next covering a familiar stretch of bends at a more purposeful pace.

What riders usually fit to the Buell 1125R

On a sports bike, the parts worth considering often follow the way you ride and the maintenance you have planned. For the 1125R, these are the two accessory types available:

• Brakes: approaching a bend, controlled braking lets you reduce speed and set up your entry before leaning in. If your usual rides include repeated braking on twisting roads, or you take the 1125R onto a circuit, this is a natural area to pay attention to. Braking is among the accessory brands listed for this model.
• Filters: filtration belongs on the maintenance list whether your Buell is used for short rides, longer days out or a mix of both. Keeping track of the filter's condition and replacing it when needed is a straightforward part of looking after a bike you ride regularly. It is a maintenance consideration, not a promise of extra performance. Sprint Filter is one of the brands listed for the 1125R.

Brakes and filters address different jobs: one relates directly to slowing the bike before a corner, while the other belongs to its upkeep. Think about the riding you do and the maintenance due on your 1125R when deciding which part to look at first.
