Accessories for the Cagiva Raptor 1000

The Cagiva Raptor 1000 is a naked bike that lends itself to everyday journeys as well as rides on winding roads. Those different settings put different demands on the rider: town traffic means repeated stops, while a stretch of bends calls for considered braking before each corner. That makes braking parts and routine maintenance items particularly relevant when looking at accessories for this bike. This page covers the Raptor 1000 from 2000 to 2005.

What riders usually fit to the Cagiva Raptor 1000

For a naked bike used through the week and taken out for a longer ride when time allows, practical attention often starts with the parts you rely on rather than changes to its appearance. The accessory types available here reflect that focus:

• Brakes: A commute can involve one stop after another, and a twisting road gives you plenty of reasons to think about how you apply the brakes. If you are working on the braking system of your Raptor 1000, this category is the place to look for relevant parts. Braking is among the accessory brands listed for the model. It is a useful starting point whether most of your riding is in town or you regularly head out onto country roads.
• Filters: Routine upkeep matters just as much when the Raptor 1000 is used for short trips as when it spends a day out on the road. Filters are a maintenance item rather than a visible change to the bike, so they are easy to overlook when browsing accessories. Sprint Filter is among the brands represented here. If a service is on your mind, this category lets you focus on that job separately from work on the brakes.

Think about the journeys your Raptor 1000 makes most often and the maintenance you have planned: the available accessories are concentrated on braking and filters.
