Accessories for the CFMOTO 300SR

The CFMOTO 300SR is a sports bike suited to everyday riding as well as runs along winding roads. That mix of uses makes maintenance items and changes to the bike’s character more relevant here than luggage or touring equipment. For the 2020 300SR, the accessories on this page are filters and exhausts. They serve different purposes, so it is worth thinking about what you want from the bike before focusing on either.

What riders usually fit to the CFMOTO 300SR

• Filters: regular use of the 300SR means keeping the intake in mind as part of routine maintenance. A suitable filter helps stop airborne particles before they reach the engine. Whether your riding is mostly through town or includes weekends on twisty roads, this is a practical item to consider when planning maintenance. Sprint Filter is among the brands represented here.
• Exhausts: on a sports bike such as the 300SR, the exhaust can make a noticeable difference to how the bike sounds and looks. That may appeal if you enjoy the riding experience as much as the bike’s appearance when parked. Think about whether you mainly ride on public roads or use the bike for daily journeys, as that context matters when considering an exhaust. Ixil is among the brands represented here.

A filter is primarily a maintenance choice, whereas an exhaust is more about the sound and appearance you want from your 300SR. If you are considering an exhaust for road use, take account of the approval and noise requirements that apply where you ride. Keeping those two aims separate makes it easier to focus on the parts that matter to your particular use of the bike.
