Accessories for the CFMOTO 700MT

The CFMOTO 700MT is an adventure tourer suited to everyday journeys, weekend rides and longer trips by road. These different uses guide your accessory choices: wind protection matters on sustained faster stretches, luggage earns its place when you stay away overnight, and protection is worth considering for low-speed manoeuvres with a loaded bike.

What riders usually fit to the CFMOTO 700MT

• Screens: help deflect airflow when a day's riding includes long motorway stretches. For a 700MT used for touring, the useful question is how the screen manages wind around your riding position, rather than simply how it changes the front-end appearance.
• Luggage: provides room for clothes and overnight essentials without carrying everything in a rucksack. Trips with a pillion place greater demands on carrying space, while commuting may call for a more modest setup that suits what you take to work each day.
• Crash bobbins and bars: help protect exposed areas in low-speed falls, depending on the coverage of the particular design. They make sense for touring on the 700MT, when luggage adds another consideration during parking manoeuvres or stops on uneven ground.
• Footrests: deserve attention when you spend several hours seated on the road. Their shape and supporting surface affect how your boots rest on the bike, making them a practical consideration alongside leg position when setting up a 700MT for longer journeys.
• Phone mounts: keep navigation directions within view when a weekend ride takes you onto unfamiliar roads. For touring, that can make following a planned route easier; set your destination before leaving and stop somewhere safe before making changes to the phone.

For a bike that handles both commuting and holidays, plan luggage around your actual load. If you tour with a pillion, leave comfortable room for them to get on, get off and sit.
