Accessories for DUCATI MULTISTRADA 1200 S

Accessories for the Ducati Multistrada 1200 S

The Ducati Multistrada 1200 S is a road-focused adventure bike equally at home on touring holidays and outings along winding roads. Accessories should reflect that mix: managing airflow matters on motorway stretches, while a comfortable riding position remains important through the bends. Regular pillion travel also makes long-distance comfort and handling the bike at stops worth considering.

What riders usually fit to the Ducati Multistrada 1200 S

• Screens: A useful priority when your route includes motorway miles before reaching quieter roads. A screen helps manage airflow around your upper body and helmet, but the right choice depends on your height and riding position rather than size alone.
• Protectors: Touring involves fuel stops, unfamiliar parking areas and low-speed manoeuvres, sometimes with a pillion aboard. Protectors can help limit damage to the areas they cover if the bike tips over at a standstill.
• Levers: Lever shape and reach influence hand comfort over a full day on the road. For the Multistrada’s blend of touring and winding-road riding, comfortable contact with the brake and clutch controls is worth prioritising.
• Handlebar accessories: Hand position affects how comfortable you feel on long open-road stretches and how naturally you steer through tighter bends. This is an area to consider when tailoring the riding position for both touring and shorter weekend rides.
• Phone mounts: Handy for keeping navigation visible when a tour takes you onto unfamiliar roads or through diversions. Position the phone without obscuring the instruments, and set your route before moving off rather than making adjustments while riding.

Choosing parts for the 2010-2014 and 2015-2017 versions

The Multistrada 1200 S has changed over the years, so the 2010-2014 and 2015-2017 versions do not share every accessory. Protectors, screens and lighting parts are examples of items that may not fit both versions. Choose your bike’s year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours.
