Accessories for the Ducati Multistrada 1260

The Ducati Multistrada 1260 is a road-focused adventure bike suited to touring as well as days spent on winding roads. That mix makes wind protection, comfortable controls and protection for exposed parts sensible priorities, particularly when a short motorway link becomes several hours in the saddle.

What riders usually fit to the Ducati Multistrada 1260

• Screens: Long motorway stretches put wind exposure high on the list of touring concerns. A screen helps manage airflow around the rider; useful coverage depends on your height and seated position, rather than simply choosing the tallest option for a long trip.
• Protectors: Touring involves plenty of low-speed manoeuvres, from parking at viewpoints to turning around at an overnight stop. Protectors help shield the areas they cover against scuffs and minor knocks, making them a practical addition for those pauses between miles.
• Levers: A day on the Multistrada can involve city traffic, flowing bends and long stretches between stops. Lever shape and reach affect how comfortably your gloved fingers meet the brake and clutch controls throughout those changes of pace.
• Phone mounts: Keeping navigation directions in view is useful when a tour takes you onto unfamiliar roads. Positioning the phone without obscuring the instruments matters on long riding days; set up your route before leaving and make any changes when stopped.

Choosing parts for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 versions

The Multistrada 1260 has evolved over the years, so the 2018, 2019 and 2020 versions should not be treated as identical when choosing accessories. Levers are an example of parts that change for 2020 and should not be assumed to fit earlier bikes. Choose your bike's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit your version.
