Accessories for the Ducati Multistrada 1260 S

The Ducati Multistrada 1260 S is a road-focused adventure tourer suited to long journeys and weekends on winding roads. Accessories should reflect that mix: wind protection matters on motorway stretches, while comfortable contact points come into focus when a full day in the saddle includes plenty of bends.

What riders usually fit to the Ducati Multistrada 1260 S

• Windscreens: sustained road speeds make airflow an important part of touring comfort. A screen helps divert wind away from the rider, with its shape and height influencing the shelter you get in your usual riding position.
• Protectors: these help shield exposed areas from knocks and scrapes. For a Multistrada used on longer trips, their role extends to low-speed manoeuvres and the repeated stops in unfamiliar parking areas that come with travelling.
• Levers: the shape and reach of the brake and clutch levers affect how your fingers meet the controls. This becomes particularly relevant when a route takes you through town traffic and onto twisting roads rather than staying on the motorway.
• Footrests: a secure footing supports your riding position over a long day. On the Multistrada, that means considering both hours spent seated on open roads and the more active riding involved in a succession of corners.
• Phone mounts: useful when your phone provides navigation on a touring route, keeping it held in place and visible. Set the destination and any waypoints before riding so unfamiliar roads do not become a reason to handle the phone.

Choosing parts for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 versions

The Multistrada 1260 S has changed over the years, so accessories are not necessarily interchangeable across the 2018, 2019 and 2020 versions. Levers are one of the accessory types that differ for 2020; a part listed for one year should not be assumed to fit the others. Choose your bike’s year on this page to display only the parts that fit yours.
