Accessories for the Ducati Multistrada 950 S

The Ducati Multistrada 950 S is a road-focused adventure bike suited to touring and days spent on twisting roads. Choosing accessories starts with the riding you actually do: motorway miles put wind protection high on the list, while overnight trips call for luggage. If your Multistrada also handles the commute, protection during parking and low-speed manoeuvres deserves attention too.

What riders usually fit to the Ducati Multistrada 950 S

• Screens: An upright riding position makes airflow around your upper body a key consideration on longer journeys. Screen height needs to work with your own height and seated position, balancing shelter on motorway stretches with a clear view of the road when the route becomes tighter and more technical.
• Protectors and guards: A loaded touring bike calls for care when turning in confined spaces or stopping somewhere unfamiliar. Protection can help limit damage from minor knocks and stationary falls, making it relevant to everyday road touring rather than just trips that venture onto unpaved tracks.
• Luggage cases: Carrying clothes and travel essentials on the bike rather than on your back makes sense for weekends away. When riding with a pillion, planning luggage space together helps keep the packing manageable, especially if your trip mixes longer transfers with day rides from one base.
• Levers: Frequent braking and clutch use on winding roads or through town brings hand position into focus. Consider how comfortably your fingers reach the controls while wearing your usual riding gloves, particularly if the Multistrada spends as much time commuting as it does covering touring miles.

For mainly local riding, wind protection and guards can take priority over luggage. Build around your regular journeys first, rather than setting the bike up for a long tour you only take occasionally.
