Accessories for GAS GAS EC300

Accessories for the GasGas EC 300

The GasGas EC 300 is an enduro bike made for riding away from tarmac. On trails, rocky ground and frequent stops shape what is useful to fit far more than long-distance comfort does. Accessories for this bike are therefore worth considering in terms of the ride itself: protection when the route gets rough, a way to support the bike when you stop, and mirrors for stretches shared with other traffic. What matters most will depend on where your usual rides take you.

What riders usually fit to the GasGas EC 300

• Protectors: Stones and brushes with obstacles are part of riding narrow or uneven trails. Protectors are relevant when you want to reduce the impact of those encounters on your EC 300. If your rides regularly include rocky sections, they address a more immediate concern than accessories intended for covering long distances on the road.
• Stands and side stands: Stopping is part of an enduro ride, whether you are taking a break or attending to the bike after a muddy section. Having a suitable way to support the EC 300 makes those pauses easier to manage. It is also useful when you are getting the bike ready before heading out or dealing with it after the ride.
• Mirrors: A trail ride may include road sections between off-road areas. Mirrors help you keep track of traffic behind you on those links, particularly when joining a road or riding alongside other vehicles. They serve a different purpose from protection on the trail, but can matter if your usual route mixes the two kinds of riding.

Start with the terrain your GasGas EC 300 sees most often. On rides dominated by narrow tracks and rough ground, protection is likely to be the priority. If you also make regular road links and stop along the way, stands and mirrors have a clear place in how you use the bike.
