Accessories for GAS GAS MC125

Accessories for the GasGas MC 125

The GasGas MC 125 is a motocross bike built for riding on dirt. On a track, ruts, loose ground and the need to move around on the bike shape what is worth fitting. Accessories that protect exposed areas, preserve easy control of the levers and make work between sessions simpler are more relevant here than touring equipment or wind protection.

What riders usually fit to the GasGas MC 125

A day of motocross involves more than time on the track. You also need to clean the bike, check it over and get it ready to go out again. These accessories are useful on both sides of that routine:

• Protectors: dirt riding can put exposed parts in the path of stones, mud and the occasional fall. Protectors help limit wear in those areas, particularly when you are negotiating ruts or shifting your weight to keep the MC 125 balanced through a corner.
• Levers: clutch and brake control matters when you are adjusting your line or managing traction on uneven ground. Suitable levers help you keep a comfortable grip on the controls as you move between sitting and standing, rather than forcing you to adapt your hand position every time the terrain changes.
• Stands and supports: once the bike is off the track, a steady support makes cleaning, chain attention and work around the wheels easier. It is useful for the time spent preparing the MC 125 in the paddock as well as for checking it between riding sessions.

For this bike, the most useful additions tend to follow the rhythm of motocross: protect it while you ride, keep the controls comfortable to use and give yourself a practical way to work on it afterwards. That is a more relevant starting point than accessories intended for long road journeys.
