Accessories for GILERA Nexus 500

Accessories for the Gilera Nexus 500

The Gilera Nexus 500 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys as well as rides beyond town. That mix shapes the accessories worth considering: where you leave it during the day matters just as much as how it feels when you are riding. Rather than focusing only on longer trips, you can think about security for regular stops, comfort through changing weather and the details you notice on the road. This page brings together accessories for those different ways of using your Nexus 500.

What riders usually fit to the Gilera Nexus 500

• Security devices: useful when your scooter is parked while you work, shop or meet someone. If the Nexus 500 spends time outside between journeys, securing it is a sensible place to start. Artago is among the brands listed for this model.
• Handlebar accessories: the bars are where you feel every turn through traffic and every change of direction on a winding road. Paying attention to this area makes sense if you ride your Nexus 500 regularly and want the controls to suit the way you use it.
• Exhausts: an option for riders looking to change the character of their scooter, whether they mainly commute or enjoy rides out of town. Mivv is one of the brands available for the Nexus 500; consider the kind of riding you do most often.
• Covers and leg covers: relevant if you leave the scooter outdoors or continue riding when the weather turns colder. For someone using the Nexus 500 throughout the week, protection while parked and on the move addresses two familiar parts of the routine. Tucano Urbano appears among the brands for this bike.
• Filters: worth looking at as part of the upkeep of a scooter used for both stop-start journeys and longer stretches of road. Sprint Filter is among the brands listed if you are attending to this aspect of your Nexus 500.

Start with the part of ownership that matters most to you: daily parking, time spent riding or care between journeys. It gives you a practical way to narrow down the accessories shown here.
