Accessories for the Honda @ 125

The Honda @ 125 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys around town. That makes practical accessories particularly relevant: items that help you navigate unfamiliar streets, deal with changing weather or fit into the routine of parking up several times a day. This page brings together accessories for Honda @ 125 scooters from 2000 to 2002.

What riders usually fit to the Honda @ 125

City riding involves junctions, frequent stops and tight parking spaces. It is worth considering what happens throughout a typical journey, including the time your scooter spends parked:

• Mirrors: useful when pulling away from the kerb, changing lanes or joining traffic. On a scooter used among other vehicles and pedestrians, a clear view behind you makes those frequent checks more comfortable.
• Protectors: worth considering if your Honda @ 125 is often parked in confined spaces. They address the everyday concern of knocks and scuffs during low-speed manoeuvres, rather than adding equipment aimed at long-distance touring.
• Phone mounts: give you a place to view directions on trips across unfamiliar parts of town. They make most sense if your usual commute is mixed with visits to new addresses, where stopping at every turn to check a map would interrupt the ride.
• Security locks: suit a scooter that is left outside during a working day or while you run errands. Artago is among the accessory brands available here for this part of your parking routine.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover can be useful while the scooter is parked, while a leg cover is aimed at colder or wetter rides around town. Both respond to the kind of repeated, year-round use a city scooter can see.
• Screens: if your route takes in open roads or longer stretches beyond the centre, a screen may help take some of the wind off your upper body. It is an option to weigh up when your journeys are more than short hops between nearby streets.

Where you park and the weather you ride in can help you decide whether to put protection, warmth or navigation first.
