Accessories for the Honda CB600F Hornet

The Honda CB600F Hornet is a naked bike suited to weekday commuting and weekend rides on winding roads. Those two roles call for different priorities when choosing accessories. Wind protection makes sense if your route includes longer motorway stretches, while protection and control position deserve attention for everyday town riding. Start with the journeys you actually make on your Hornet rather than treating every modification as equally useful.

What riders usually fit to the Honda CB600F Hornet

• Screens: help deflect wind away from your upper body. On a naked bike such as the Hornet, this is particularly useful on faster roads between the more winding sections of a weekend route.
• Crash bobbins and bars: are intended to limit damage to specific areas in a fall. They are worth considering on a daily-use Hornet that regularly needs manoeuvring into parking spaces or moving around at low speed.
• Handlebars and levers: offer ways to tailor the riding position. When your riding combines town traffic with open roads, hand position and lever reach can make a meaningful difference to how comfortable the controls feel.
• Footrests: give your feet their support through bends and on longer rides. They are worth looking at if adjusting your posture on the Hornet matters more to you than changing its appearance.
• Number plate holders: let you personalise the rear of the bike. They suit a Hornet project focused on its naked-bike styling rather than adding shelter for longer journeys.

Choose the year of your Hornet

The Honda CB600F Hornet has changed over the years, with versions covering 1998-2001, 2002, 2003-2004 and 2005-2015. Parts such as footrests, screens and exhausts therefore do not fit every version interchangeably. Choose your bike’s year on this page to see only the accessories that fit your Hornet.
