Accessories for HONDA CB750K

Accessories for the Honda CB750K

The Honda CB750K is a classic road bike, equally at home on everyday rides and unhurried trips out. On a motorcycle like this, the way it brakes and responds to uneven tarmac matters more than fitting parts for their own sake. Brakes and suspension are therefore useful areas to consider if you want your CB750K to feel reassuring through town, on a winding road or over a longer ride. This page brings together accessories for the 1978 to 1982 model years covered here.

What riders usually fit to the Honda CB750K

The accessories here focus on two parts of the riding experience. Think about where you spend most of your time on the bike, and what you notice from the saddle, before deciding which area deserves your attention:

• Brakes: town riding calls for frequent stops and changes of pace, while a series of bends puts the focus on how the bike feels as you slow down and turn in. Brake accessories are relevant when you are working on this aspect of your CB750K. Whether most of your miles are urban or on open roads, consider the sort of braking feel you want as part of the bike's overall character.
• Suspension: a rough city street and an undulating country road ask different things of a motorcycle, particularly when your pace changes. Suspension affects how the bike responds to those surfaces and to changes of direction. It is worth considering if your rides take in a mixture of road conditions, or if you want to pay closer attention to how your Honda feels on the routes you actually use.

Accessory brands represented for the CB750K include Braking and Öhlins. Looking at brakes and suspension in the context of your regular journeys keeps the focus on how you ride this classic, rather than on adding parts without a clear purpose.
