Accessories for the Honda CBR250R

The Honda CBR250R brings a sporty approach to everyday journeys as well as rides on winding roads. Choosing accessories means balancing those two roles: protection matters when manoeuvring and parking around town, while wind management and comfortable contact points become more relevant when your route takes you further afield. Start with the riding you do most often.

What riders usually fit to the Honda CBR250R

• Screens: worth considering if motorway stretches separate your favourite riding roads, or form part of your commute. Screen shape and height affect how airflow reaches your upper body and how much shelter you find behind it in your usual riding position.
• Protectors and crash bungs: useful for a sports bike that also faces daily parking and low-speed manoeuvres. They can help limit damage to certain areas in a stationary drop, although they cannot prevent every scrape or protect against every impact.
• Levers: stop-start commuting keeps your clutch and brake hands busy. For a CBR250R used throughout the week, lever shape and reach deserve attention so that operating the controls remains comfortable when a town journey turns into a longer road ride.
• Footrests: provide support when linking bends and remain important over longer distances. The foot contact area and your foot position matter if your CBR250R spends weekends exploring country roads rather than only making short trips through town.
• Number plate holders: offer a way to change the appearance of the rear end in keeping with the CBR250R's sporty character. This is a styling choice, separate from the protection and comfort priorities that tend to come first on a daily commute.

Choosing accessories for your CBR250R's year

The Honda CBR250R has changed over the years, so parts do not necessarily fit both the 2011-2014 versions and the 2015 version. Choose your bike's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours.
