Accessories for HONDA CMX300 Rebel

Accessories for the Honda CMX300 Rebel

The Honda CMX300 Rebel is a custom-style bike that suits unhurried rides, whether you use it for everyday journeys or a trip out on the open road. That mix of uses helps narrow down what is worth fitting. Luggage can make a day out more convenient, while a filter or exhaust serves a different purpose altogether. Here you can explore accessories for the 2017 CMX300 Rebel without treating every addition as something the bike needs.

What riders usually fit to the Honda CMX300 Rebel

Think about how your Rebel spends its time: carrying you across town, taking you away for a few hours, or doing a bit of both. The available accessories address those situations in different ways, from making room for belongings to looking after the bike or changing its sound.

• Luggage: cases give you somewhere to put personal items instead of carrying them on your back. That is useful for a relaxed ride with a stop along the way, and just as welcome when a routine journey involves taking a few things with you.
• Filters: an air filter helps keep dirt out of the intake, making it a maintenance item rather than a styling change. On a Rebel used regularly for commuting and weekend rides, it is worth keeping in mind when planning routine work on the bike.
• Exhausts: an exhaust is an option if you want a different sound from your CMX300 Rebel. For a custom-style bike enjoyed at an easy pace, the character of the ride may matter more than any performance claims; a change in power should not be taken for granted.

Start with the reason you want to make a change. Carrying belongings, maintaining the bike and changing its sound are separate priorities, even when the destination is the same.
