Accessories for HONDA EM1 E

Honda EM1 e: accessories for city riding

The Honda EM1 e: is a scooter suited to everyday urban journeys, from commuting to running errands. That means choosing accessories around traffic, exposed stretches of road and regular parking stops rather than long-distance touring. Wind protection, a clear view behind and security when you leave the scooter are useful priorities, along with comfort around the handlebars during repeated turns and low-speed manoeuvres.

What riders usually fit to the Honda EM1 e:

• Windscreens: a screen helps reduce the airflow reaching your upper body on the daily commute. It is particularly useful when your journey takes you out of sheltered side streets and onto more open roads, making wind protection relevant even on relatively short trips.
• Mirrors: keeping track of approaching traffic matters when your route involves junctions, lane changes and frequent turns. On a city scooter such as the EM1 e:, mirrors support that rearward view as you prepare to change direction or move through busy streets.
• Handlebar accessories: town riding involves plenty of steering, stopping and positioning the scooter in tight parking spaces. This area deserves attention if you want a comfortable hand and arm position throughout those repeated manoeuvres, rather than feeling awkward or stretched at the controls.
• Protectors: these help limit damage from minor knocks or a stationary fall. They make sense for an EM1 e: used every day, especially when you regularly push it into a garage or manoeuvre it by hand where parking space is limited.
• Locks: urban scooter use often means leaving the bike outside several times in one day, whether for shopping or a longer stop at work. A lock adds security during those gaps between journeys, including quick errands when it is tempting to leave the scooter unsecured.
