Accessories for the Honda MSX125 Grom

The Honda MSX125 Grom suits everyday town riding as well as relaxed outings on winding roads. With this naked bike, useful additions start where you interact with it: your hands, your feet and your view of the traffic around you. Whether you mainly commute or head out for weekend rides helps decide which areas deserve attention first.

What riders usually fit to the Honda MSX125 Grom

• Levers: frequent clutch and front brake use is part of riding the Grom through busy streets. A lever shape and reach that suit your hands can make those repeated movements more comfortable, particularly on stop-start journeys across town.
• Footrests: a secure place for your feet matters when you take the Grom onto a winding road. For a bike that also handles the daily commute, the footrest surface and your leg position deserve equal attention: support through bends should not come at the expense of everyday comfort.
• Handlebars: the way you reach the bars affects your arm and wrist position throughout a ride. On a Grom used for commuting and weekend outings, a natural riding posture is a more useful starting point than choosing a bar purely for its looks.
• Mirrors: junctions, roundabouts and lane changes make rearward vision a constant part of urban riding. For a Grom that spends much of its time in traffic, a useful view behind you matters more than making the mirrors as discreet as possible.
• Screens: a screen can help reduce the airflow reaching your torso when your journeys extend beyond town. It is a more relevant addition for regular stretches of open road than for short hops between traffic lights.
