Accessories for the Honda XL750 Transalp E-Clutch

The Honda XL750 Transalp E-Clutch is an adventure bike suited to road trips, everyday riding and exploring unpaved routes. Accessories make most sense when they reflect how you divide your time between those uses. For longer stretches on the road, wind protection and luggage are priorities; when gravel becomes part of the route, protection and room to move around on the bike deserve attention too.

What riders usually fit to the Honda XL750 Transalp E-Clutch

• Screens: Wind protection helps take pressure off your upper body during motorway links and full days on the road. For a Transalp used on trails as well, the useful balance is shelter at cruising speeds without obscuring your view of the ground ahead.
• Panniers: Carrying clothing and touring essentials in panniers keeps the seat from becoming your main luggage platform, particularly when travelling with a pillion. If your trip includes narrow tracks, the extra width at the rear also needs to feature in your packing plans.
• Crash bars and protectors: These help limit damage if the bike tips over at low speed. They make particular sense on a Transalp that ventures beyond tarmac, where uneven ground can make turning around or manoeuvring with luggage more demanding.
• Footpegs: A dependable footing matters when seated for long road sections and when standing over rougher ground. On mixed-surface Transalp rides, the footpegs are an important contact point as you shift your weight and move between seated and standing positions.
• Handlebars: Bar choice helps tailor your riding position for the Transalp’s mix of touring and trail use. The aim is a comfortable reach during long stretches in the saddle while avoiding an awkward forward crouch when you stand on the pegs.
