Accessories for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro

The Husqvarna 701 Enduro suits rides where tarmac is the link between trails rather than the whole journey. That mix of road and off-road riding gives accessories different jobs: protection matters when the surface gets rough, while a screen can make longer road stretches less tiring. Your priorities depend on how much of the day you spend on each.

What riders usually fit to the Husqvarna 701 Enduro

• Protectors: Rough trails bring the risk of knocks and low-speed falls. Protection helps limit damage to the areas it covers, making it a sensible focus when your rides regularly take you away from smooth, surfaced roads.
• Screens: A screen helps deflect airflow on the road sections between trails. If you spend plenty of time off-road too, consider the room you need to move around on the bike, rather than focusing solely on wind coverage.
• Levers: Off-road riding calls for controlled braking and clutch use, often as you move between sitting and standing. Levers deserve attention for their role in the feel at the controls, particularly on routes with frequent changes of pace.
• Suspension: Suspension helps the bike maintain contact with uneven ground as it crosses bumps and broken surfaces. For mixed road and trail use, the aim is a response that supports control off-road without overlooking the tarmac sections.
• Bolts and fasteners: Riding on unsurfaced tracks exposes fixings to vibration and dirt. Replacement fasteners are relevant to maintenance and refitting work on a bike that might handle weekday road journeys before heading onto trails at the weekend.

For mostly off-road days, put protection and control first. If reaching the trails means a substantial road ride, wind protection deserves a greater share of your attention.
