Accessories for the Husqvarna FC 350

The Husqvarna FC 350 is a motocross bike built for riding on dirt. Out on the track, the way it is ridden shapes what is worth fitting: protection matters when a session includes ruts and jumps, while the controls need to feel manageable whether you are seated or standing on the pegs. Time off the track matters too. Having a straightforward way to support the bike makes cleaning up and working on it between rides less awkward.

What riders usually fit to the Husqvarna FC 350

• Protectors: dirt riding puts exposed parts of the FC 350 in the path of mud, knocks and the occasional fall. Protectors are a practical choice for training sessions, when the bike may be picked up and ridden again rather than parked for the day. They also make sense around the paddock, where the bike is handled repeatedly.
• Levers: braking and working the clutch are constant parts of finding a rhythm on a motocross track. The position and feel of a lever become particularly noticeable when you are riding standing up and adjusting your grip over rough ground. Replacement levers are also useful to consider if a fall damages one during a session.
• Stands and side stands: once the FC 350 is back from a ride, a secure place to support it makes it easier to remove dirt and spend time working on the bike. A stand is especially handy between sessions, when you want both hands free rather than relying on someone else to hold the motorcycle upright.

For this kind of riding, it is worth focusing on parts that help either on the track or during the time spent preparing the bike for the next outing.
