Accessories for the Husqvarna Nuda 900

The Husqvarna Nuda 900 is a naked bike suited to winding-road outings as well as everyday journeys. Those uses place different demands on what you fit: longer stretches of open road make wind management worthwhile, while town riding puts the focus on mirrors and controls. Protection also makes sense on a bike with exposed components, particularly when daily use involves frequent parking and manoeuvring.

What riders usually fit to the Husqvarna Nuda 900

• Screens: Without the wind coverage of a touring bike, motorway links can feel quite different from a run along back roads. A screen helps redirect airflow away from your upper body, making it a useful addition when reaching your favourite bends involves longer, faster stretches.
• Protectors: A Nuda 900 used for both commuting and weekend rides encounters more than just open roads. Protectors help limit damage to the areas they cover from scrapes or low-speed drops, including those awkward moments when parking or moving the bike.
• Mirrors: Junctions and lane changes make rearward visibility a practical priority for urban riding. Mirror shape and position affect the view behind you from your normal riding posture, so they deserve attention alongside the more obvious visual changes to this naked bike.
• Levers: Stop-start traffic means repeated clutch and brake use, while winding roads keep your hands busy at the controls. Lever shape and reach influence how your fingers sit, making them relevant to comfort on both the weekday commute and a Sunday ride.
• Tail tidies: On a naked bike, the number plate holder is a noticeable part of the rear-end styling. A tail tidy offers a way to make that area look less cluttered if you want to refine your Nuda 900’s appearance.

Let your regular routes set the priorities: frequent motorway miles give a screen a different role from the one it plays on a bike used mainly for short back-road outings.
