Accessories for the Hyosung GT650i Naked

The Hyosung GT650i Naked is a naked motorcycle suited to everyday journeys as well as rides on the open road. A commute brings parking, junctions and low-speed manoeuvres into the picture; a weekend ride puts the emphasis on enjoying the road. Those different moments are worth considering when deciding what to fit. For this bike, protection is a practical starting point, particularly if it regularly moves between town streets and longer rides.

What riders usually fit to the Hyosung GT650i Naked

The accessories available here for this model are protectors, including options from Puig. They are relevant to how a naked bike is used rather than to a particular kind of journey. Even if most of your riding takes place on country roads, there are still stops, car parks and slow turns at either end of the trip. Thinking about those moments gives protection a clear purpose on the GT650i Naked.

• Protectors: worth considering if your Hyosung GT650i Naked handles weekday travel and rides out at the weekend. They are designed to help look after the areas they cover in certain minor knocks or scrapes, which can be especially relevant during parking and low-speed manoeuvres. They cannot prevent every kind of damage, but they address a practical concern for a bike used in more than one setting.

It helps to judge this choice against your own riding routine. Someone who parks the bike several times a day may think first about those frequent manoeuvres; someone who mainly heads out for a ride may consider the stops and turns that come with a day on the road. Either way, the aim is to fit protection for situations the bike actually encounters, rather than add accessories simply for the sake of changing it.
