Accessories for the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE

The Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE suits riders who mix everyday journeys with relaxed rides on open roads. As a cruiser, it lends itself to a setup focused on riding position rather than outright sporting use. The most useful additions depend on your routine: regular town riding puts the controls first, while longer outings bring wind protection and luggage into focus.

What riders usually fit to the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE

• Screens: A screen helps reduce wind pressure on your upper body when your route takes you beyond town. For an Eliminator used on longer weekend rides, it is a practical way to prioritise wind protection while considering how much coverage suits the cruiser look.
• Handlebars and levers: Bar position affects your reach, while levers shape how you operate the controls. On a commute with repeated stops and starts, these contact points deserve attention: a comfortable hand position matters when you are working the clutch and brake frequently.
• Footrests: Your footing is part of the relaxed riding position associated with a cruiser. Footrests help tailor that contact with the bike, whether you spend an afternoon on country roads or repeatedly lift your feet back into place after stopping at traffic lights.
• Crash protectors and crash bars: These are intended to help limit damage in a stationary or low-speed fall. They are a sensible consideration for an everyday Eliminator that regularly needs manoeuvring into parking spaces, wheeling out of a garage or turning in confined areas.
• Panniers and cases: Luggage gives you room for work essentials or an overnight change of clothes without relying on a rucksack. It makes particular sense when your Eliminator needs to serve as weekday transport as well as a bike for leisurely weekend escapes.

For mostly urban riding, focus on the controls and protection. As your journeys get longer, wind coverage and carrying space become more useful additions.
