Accessories for the Kawasaki Z 7 Hybrid

The Kawasaki Z 7 Hybrid is a naked bike suited to urban journeys as well as time out on the road. Those two settings place different demands on accessories. Around town, carrying your belongings and dealing with busy parking spaces may matter most; on a weekend ride, you might want room for a few essentials without carrying a bag on your back. It is worth thinking about where you actually ride before deciding what to fit.

What riders usually fit to the Kawasaki Z 7 Hybrid

The accessories available for this bike focus on three areas: exhausts, protection and luggage. Each serves a different purpose, so the useful combination depends on whether your Z 7 Hybrid spends more time on everyday journeys or on longer rides.

• Exhausts: on a naked bike, the exhaust is part of its visible profile. Changing it can be a way to give your Z 7 Hybrid a different look, or to consider a different sound for rides out of town. The result depends on the particular exhaust, so it is worth deciding what matters to you.
• Crash protectors and guards: these are relevant if your riding includes tight parking spaces, busy streets and the occasional ride on winding roads. They provide an extra layer of protection in some low-speed spills or knocks, helping to keep certain parts of the bike from taking direct contact.
• Luggage: useful when your rides involve more than what fits in your pockets. Whether you are carrying items for a day in town or packing for a short trip, space on the bike can make the journey easier than wearing a bag throughout the ride.

You do not have to equip the bike for every possible journey. Start with what you regularly carry and where you leave it parked, then decide whether a change to its appearance is also part of what you want from your Z 7 Hybrid.
