Accessories for the Keeway Fact 50 Evo

The Keeway Fact 50 Evo is a scooter suited to getting around town and making everyday journeys. For that sort of riding, time spent parked matters almost as much as time on the road. You might cross an exposed stretch of road, follow directions to an unfamiliar address and leave the scooter in several places during the day. The accessories worth considering are the ones that make those journeys more comfortable or help with the stops in between.

What riders usually fit to the Keeway Fact 50 Evo

• Protectors: frequent parking and slow manoeuvres in tight spaces can bring the scooter close to kerbs and other vehicles. Protectors help look after the areas they cover if minor knocks or scuffs occur, which is useful when a typical day involves several short trips.
• Phone mounts: handy when your city riding takes you beyond familiar routes. A mounted phone can keep directions within view instead of making you stop to check the next turn. Set up the route before setting off, and leave the phone alone while riding.
• Screens: a screen can reduce the wind reaching you on wider, more exposed roads. That can make a difference if your commute includes stretches between neighbourhoods as well as slower streets, even though the Fact 50 Evo is mainly used for practical journeys around town.
• Security locks: particularly relevant when you park at several destinations rather than leaving the scooter in one place all day. Using a lock becomes part of the routine, whether you are making a brief stop or leaving the Fact 50 Evo parked for longer.

The accessories shown here are for the Keeway Fact 50 Evo from 2009 to 2015. Consider where your regular journeys take you: a day with frequent stops puts different demands on the scooter from a ride with longer stretches on open roads.
