Accessories for the Keeway Zahara 50 4T E2

The Keeway Zahara 50 4T E2 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys. When most rides involve streets, junctions and finding somewhere to park, useful accessories are those that fit that routine rather than long-distance touring. Protection can be worth considering for frequent manoeuvres, a phone mount can make unfamiliar routes easier to follow, and a screen can take some of the wind out of journeys beyond the busiest streets.

What riders usually fit to the Keeway Zahara 50 4T E2

• Protectors: regular parking and manoeuvring in confined spaces put certain areas at risk of scuffs. Protectors help look after the parts they are designed for, making them a practical addition to a scooter used for errands and commuting. They are particularly relevant if your usual day includes several stops rather than one ride from door to door.
• Phone mounts: when you are heading across town or trying to find a new address, a mount keeps your phone in view for directions instead of leaving it in your pocket. That is useful on the Zahara if your routes change from day to day. Set your route before you leave and only check the screen when it is safe to do so.
• Screens: a screen offers some shelter from the wind on open roads or wider roads leading into town. It can make a difference when the same exposed stretch is part of your regular journey, especially in cooler weather. For this scooter, the point is not to turn a short trip into a tour, but to make familiar journeys more comfortable.

Think about where your own journeys place the greatest demands on the scooter: tight parking spaces, unfamiliar streets or a breezy section of road. That is a more useful starting point than adding equipment simply because it is available.
