Accessories for the KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro

The KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro is an enduro bike for demanding terrain, where riding position changes often and control at the handlebars matters. That makes the choice of accessories rather different from kitting out a touring bike. It is worth considering what helps while negotiating a trail, what is useful on the journey to the riding area and what serves a purpose once the bike is parked after a day out.

What riders usually fit to the KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro

Some accessories are about how you interact with the bike on the move; others come into their own between rides. The types available for this model cover both sides of that routine:

• Handlebars: enduro riding involves shifting between sitting and standing, often within the same stretch of terrain. Where your hands sit affects how naturally you can steer and move around the bike. Handlebars are therefore worth thinking about in relation to your riding position, particularly if you spend a lot of time standing over technical ground.
• Screens: these make most sense when your enduro day includes exposed connecting roads or stretches where some shelter from the airflow would be welcome. On a bike used off road, that benefit needs to sit alongside the freedom to move that you rely on when the route becomes more demanding.
• Covers and blankets: the bike may spend time parked between outings or put away after being cleaned. Covering it during those quieter periods is a different consideration from fitting parts for the ride itself, but it is still part of looking after a machine used in challenging conditions.

For the 2026 KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro, the useful question is what each accessory does at a particular point in your riding routine: control on the trail, a little shelter on connecting stretches or coverage when the bike is at rest.
