Accessories for the KTM 350 EXC-F

The KTM 350 EXC-F is an enduro bike for riding tracks and trails, where rough ground, tight turns and time spent standing on the pegs shape the ride. That makes protection, control and riding position more relevant than luggage for many outings. If your routes also include stretches of road between trails, a little shelter from the wind may be worth considering too.

What riders usually fit to the KTM 350 EXC-F

• Protectors: stones, branches and low-speed tumbles are familiar hazards on off-road rides. Protecting exposed areas helps you focus on picking a line through uneven ground rather than worrying about every knock.
• Levers: careful use of the clutch and brake matters when negotiating obstacles or creeping through a difficult section. The right levers can make the controls feel more natural for your hands, particularly when you are riding standing up.
• Handlebars: bar position affects how you shift your weight on climbs and steer through narrow turns. It is worth considering if you spend long periods standing and want a more comfortable position for controlling the bike.
• Screens: a screen can take some of the wind pressure off during road links. It is most relevant when your enduro rides mix trails with longer stretches of tarmac, rather than staying entirely on technical ground.
• Mirrors: these become particularly useful when a ride involves roads between off-road sections. Their position matters too: you still need room to move around the bars when riding on the pegs.

For days spent mainly on demanding trails, protection and control are sensible priorities. If reaching those trails involves a fair amount of road riding, wind shelter may deserve a place on your list as well.
