Accessories for the Kymco DJ 125 S

The Kymco DJ 125 S is a scooter suited to everyday journeys around town. On a bike used for short trips and regular stops, useful additions are the ones that address what happens along the way: manoeuvring into a parking space, finding an unfamiliar address or riding along a more exposed road. Rather than setting it up for long-distance touring, it makes sense to focus on the parts of your usual journey that you would like to make easier.

What riders usually fit to the Kymco DJ 125 S

The available accessories cover three practical needs for this scooter. Each has a different role depending on where and how you ride:

• Protectors: frequent parking and low-speed manoeuvres are part of life with an urban scooter. Protectors can help shield particular areas from scuffs or minor knocks while you are moving the DJ 125 S into or out of a space. They are especially relevant if your daily route involves several stops rather than a single ride from home to work and back.
• Phone mounts: keeping directions in view is handy when a familiar commute turns into a trip to a new part of town. A mount lets you glance at your route while keeping your hands on the handlebars, instead of stopping to check where to turn next. Positioning the screen where it is easy to read at a glance helps keep your attention on the road.
• Screens: a screen helps deflect some of the airflow reaching the rider. It is worth considering for a DJ 125 S that regularly leaves smaller streets for wide avenues or approach roads, where wind becomes more noticeable. Puig is among the accessory brands available for this model.

Think about the journeys you make most often: protectors address parking and manoeuvring, a phone mount helps with navigation, and a screen is relevant when your route takes you onto more open roads.
