Accessories for the Kymco Grand Dink 125i

The Kymco Grand Dink 125i is a scooter suited to everyday riding, from trips across town to longer journeys beyond the city centre. That mix of use shapes what is worth fitting: you may need to park it regularly, follow unfamiliar routes or ride when the weather turns colder. Accessories that address those routines will often be more useful than additions aimed at a very different kind of riding.

What riders usually fit to the Kymco Grand Dink 125i

• Protectors: frequent parking and manoeuvring in busy streets can mean the occasional minor scuff. Protectors are intended to help shield the areas they cover. They make sense if your Grand Dink is part of your daily routine and you want to take care of its finish as well as its appearance.
• Security locks: a scooter used around town is often left parked between journeys, whether you are at work, running an errand or making a brief stop. A lock adds a security measure while you are away. Think about where you normally leave the Grand Dink when deciding how you want to secure it.
• Phone mounts: useful when your regular commute gives way to an unfamiliar address. A mount keeps navigation directions in view without holding the phone or handling it on the move. That can be helpful on routes that take you through several parts of town or out onto nearby roads.
• Covers and leg covers: these serve different parts of an all-year riding routine. A leg cover can make colder journeys more comfortable, while a cover helps keep the scooter covered when it is parked. Which matters more depends on how often you ride in the cold and where the scooter spends its time between trips.

For the 2019–2023 Grand Dink 125i, start with your usual journeys and parking arrangements. They are a more useful guide to what you will actually use than fitting accessories for their own sake.
