Accessories for the Kymco Super 9 50 LC

The Kymco Super 9 50 LC is a 50 cc scooter suited to short journeys and getting around town. When a ride involves junctions, frequent stops and parking in tight spaces, the most useful accessories tend to serve a clear purpose. Protection can help with everyday knocks, a phone mount makes an unfamiliar route easier to follow, and a screen can take some of the breeze off you on more open roads.

What riders usually fit to the Kymco Super 9 50 LC

Accessories for this scooter focus on the practical side of day-to-day riding. These are the options worth considering for the journeys you actually make:

• Protectors: help shield parts of the scooter from minor scuffs and knocks. That is particularly relevant when you are parking, manoeuvring through a narrow space or regularly stopping and starting in town. They address the moments when you are travelling slowly but handling the scooter most often.
• Phone mounts: keep directions within sight when a trip takes you through unfamiliar streets. If your route has several turns or changes during the day, you can follow it without repeatedly taking your phone out. It is a straightforward addition for a scooter used to reach different addresses around town.
• Screens: deflect some of the air coming towards you. You may notice less need for one on a short ride through sheltered streets, but it can be useful when your usual journey includes open avenues or longer stretches between stops. Puig is among the accessory brands available for this model.

Think about where your Super 9 50 LC spends most of its time. A scooter used for a few local streets presents different priorities from one ridden across town every day, so your route is a useful guide to whether protection, navigation or a screen will make the biggest difference.
