Accessories for the Kymco Top Boy 100

The Kymco Top Boy 100 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys. When much of your riding involves junctions, stops and finding somewhere to park, useful accessories tend to have straightforward jobs: looking after exposed areas, keeping directions in view and offering some shelter from the wind. It is worth thinking about the routes you actually ride rather than fitting something simply because it is available.

What riders usually fit to the Kymco Top Boy 100

For a scooter used around town, small practical changes can matter on familiar journeys as well as occasional trips somewhere new. These are the accessory types available for the Top Boy 100 and where each one makes sense:

• Protectors: frequent parking and low-speed manoeuvres can put particular areas at risk of minor scuffs. Protectors are intended to look after the parts they cover, making them a relevant option if you take the scooter in and out of tight spaces regularly. Their role is about day-to-day use, not changing the way the scooter rides.
• Phone mounts: having your route in sight is useful when a familiar ride takes you to an unfamiliar address. A mount gives your phone a place while you follow directions through town, especially where several turns come close together. It is a practical addition for riders who use the Top Boy 100 for varied local journeys rather than the same route every time.
• Screens: a screen can provide some shelter from the airflow when your trip includes wider roads or a longer stretch away from slow-moving traffic. That makes it an option for comfort on the move, particularly if your usual ride extends beyond short hops between nearby streets. It addresses a different need from protecting parked bodywork or viewing directions.

Start with the part of your journey you would most like to improve, whether that is parking, navigation or riding on more open roads. It will point you towards the accessory that is most useful on your Top Boy 100.
