Accessories for the MBK Flame X 125

The MBK Flame X 125 is a scooter suited to everyday trips around town. That sort of riding puts practical needs first: shelter from the weather, somewhere to carry your things and protection for the scooter when it is parked. A short commute can mean repeated stops, changing conditions and several errands before you get home, so it is worth thinking about the journeys you actually make rather than fitting accessories simply because they are available.

What riders usually fit to the MBK Flame X 125

• Covers and leg covers: a cover is useful when your Flame X 125 spends time parked outside, keeping it covered between rides. A leg cover serves a different purpose while you are on the move: it helps shield your legs from cold air and rain, particularly welcome if you use the scooter for daily journeys in ordinary clothes.
• Screens: town riding is not always confined to sheltered streets. On open roads or stretches between neighbourhoods, a screen provides a barrier against the airflow, making regular trips more comfortable when the temperature drops or the weather turns.
• Luggage: carrying work items, a few groceries or the things you need for a day out is easier when they do not have to go on your back. For a scooter that also handles errands, extra carrying space can make each stop less of a juggling act.
• Handlebars: city riding involves frequent steering inputs, stops and starts. When considering handlebar accessories for the Flame X 125, it makes sense to focus on how you sit and hold the controls through those repeated short journeys.

Givi and Tucano Urbano are among the accessory brands listed for this scooter. Your usual parking spot, the items you carry and the weather you ride through are useful starting points for choosing what to fit.
