Accessories for the MBK Flipper 125

The MBK Flipper 125 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys around town. Those journeys are only part of the picture: a bike used in the city may also spend hours parked between trips, while a chilly morning can make a short ride feel very different. That is why it helps to think about your actual routine before choosing what to fit. Do you ride throughout the year, leave the scooter outside or spend much of each trip stopping and starting? The accessories here address those different moments in the life of a Flipper 125, with options for bikes from 2013 to 2016.

What riders usually fit to the MBK Flipper 125

• Covers and leg covers: a cover is useful when your Flipper 125 is parked and you want to keep the bike covered between rides, particularly if it stands outside. A leg cover serves a different purpose: it can help shield your legs from cold air while you ride. That distinction matters on a scooter used for regular town journeys, where you might leave home early, park for the working day and ride back when the temperature drops. Think about which part of that routine you want to address rather than treating both items as interchangeable.
• Handlebars: riding through town means frequent changes of direction and repeated stops, all while your hands remain at the controls. Accessories for the handlebar area are worth considering when your riding position and how you hold the bars are what you notice most on the Flipper 125. They have a different role from a cover for a parked scooter or a leg cover for a cold ride. The question here is how the bike feels during the journeys you make most often, even when those journeys are fairly short.

A cover addresses time spent parked; a leg cover addresses cold rides. The handlebar area becomes the focus when the riding position matters most to you.
