Accessories for the MBK Kilibre 300

The MBK Kilibre 300 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys as well as rides on the road. If you use it regularly, wind exposure, changing weather and frequent stops all have a bearing on which accessories will be useful. A screen may matter more on a faster commute, while protection from the cold becomes more relevant when you keep riding through winter.

What riders usually fit to the MBK Kilibre 300

The accessories available for this model cover both day-to-day comfort and changes to the way the scooter feels or sounds. It makes sense to think about the journeys you actually make before deciding what to fit:

• Screens: help keep some of the wind off your body on faster roads. That can make a noticeable difference if your route takes you from stop-start city streets onto a bypass or an open stretch of road every day.
• Covers and leg covers: address the less pleasant side of using a scooter in unsettled weather. Depending on the item, they can help shield you from the cold while riding or protect the scooter when it is parked between journeys.
• Handlebars: are worth considering if you pay close attention to where your hands sit during the ride. On a scooter used for repeated low-speed manoeuvres and time in traffic, the feel at the bars is part of everyday comfort and control.
• Exhausts: offer a way to change the sound or appearance of the Kilibre 300. If it is your regular transport, think about how that sound will feel over the whole journey, including slower trips through town.

For frequent road riding, wind protection may be the first priority. If the scooter also gets used in colder months or spends time parked outdoors, weather protection deserves a closer look; handlebars and exhausts serve different aims.
