Accessories for the Moto Guzzi Breva 1200

The Moto Guzzi Breva 1200 is a road-going naked bike suited to everyday journeys as well as longer rides. That mix of uses makes riding position, road feel and care between outings worth thinking about. The right accessories depend on where your Breva spends its time: carrying you along winding roads, covering familiar daily miles or waiting for its next ride.

What riders usually fit to the Moto Guzzi Breva 1200

For this bike, it makes sense to focus on a few practical areas rather than changing its character. The accessory types available address different parts of life with a road bike, from time in the saddle to looking after it when parked.

• Handlebars: affect where your hands sit and how your arms feel as you ride. On a Breva 1200 used for both short journeys and longer days out, that position is worth considering: what feels natural around town matters just as much after several hours on the road.
• Covers and blankets: come into their own when the bike is parked between rides, particularly if it cannot always be kept indoors. They make sense for a Breva that is used regularly but also spends time waiting outside for the next commute or weekend trip.
• Suspension: is worth attention if your favourite rides include bends or roads with changing surfaces. A suitable suspension component can help you work towards the response you want from the bike on those journeys. Öhlins is among the accessory brands listed for this model.
• Filters: belong to the routine care that goes with regular riding. If your Breva covers miles on both local roads and longer trips, keeping filters in mind helps you plan that upkeep. Sprint Filter is also represented among the brands for this bike.

Think about whether your priority is comfort on longer rides, the bike’s feel on the road or looking after it between outings. Each points towards a different place to start.
