Accessories for the Moto Guzzi Norge 1200

The Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 is a touring motorcycle suited to covering long distances on the road. That makes the details you notice after several hours in the saddle worth considering: where your hands sit, how the suspension feels and what happens to the bike between rides. Accessories for this model make most sense when you think about your actual journeys, whether they involve a full day on the road or shorter trips closer to home.

This page covers the 2006 to 2010 Norge 1200. A rider who spends weekends travelling may focus on the parts that affect time in the saddle, while someone whose bike sits outside between outings may put a cover first. Both are practical ways to think about the same touring machine.

What riders usually fit to the Moto Guzzi Norge 1200

• Handlebars: hand position matters on a long ride, particularly when a relaxed motorway stretch gives way to town traffic or a series of bends. A different handlebar can be worth considering if you are looking to change how your riding position feels over the course of a day.
• Suspension: road surfaces vary across a touring route, and the bike may also be ridden with a pillion or luggage. Suspension is therefore relevant to how the Norge feels on your usual journeys; Öhlins is among the accessory brands available for this model.
• Covers: a cover is useful when the Norge is parked between trips, especially if it spends time outdoors. It helps shield the bike from dust and everyday exposure while it is not being ridden. Tucano Urbano is one of the brands represented here.
• Filters: regular maintenance matters when you rely on a motorcycle for repeated long journeys. Filters are among the parts to consider as you look after your Norge through the riding season, with Sprint Filter among the brands available.

Think about which part of ownership you want to address first: comfort and feel while travelling, or keeping the bike covered once you have arrived.
