Accessories for MOTO GUZZI V9 BOBBER

Accessories for the Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber

The Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber is a custom motorcycle made for unhurried road riding, from weekend outings to regular journeys. That laid-back approach is worth keeping in mind when choosing what to fit. You might want somewhere to carry your belongings, added protection for everyday manoeuvres or a different exhaust note to accompany a ride. The right priority depends on how you use your V9 Bobber, rather than on fitting accessories for their own sake.

What riders usually fit to the Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber

These accessory types address different parts of life with the bike. Think about which situations come up most often on your rides:

• Luggage: cases give you room for clothing and personal items when a short ride turns into a longer day out. They can also spare you a rucksack on routine journeys, making it easier to settle into the relaxed riding position associated with a bobber.
• Crash protection: crash bungs and guards are relevant if your riding includes frequent stops, parking and low-speed manoeuvres. They add protection where an everyday journey can be most awkward, without changing the V9 Bobber’s easy-going purpose on the road.
• Exhausts: for some riders, the sound is part of the enjoyment of riding a custom bike. A different exhaust can alter that aspect of the experience on a country road, although the exact effect depends on the individual item you choose.
• Filters: a practical consideration if your V9 Bobber sees regular use, whether that means short local trips or longer rides at weekends. They belong to the less visible side of looking after the bike, alongside planning the maintenance it needs.

For model years 2016 to 2026, start with the way you actually ride. Carrying essentials, dealing with daily stops and enjoying time on the open road each point towards a different priority, so you can focus on the accessories that will earn their place on your bike.
