Accessories for the MV Agusta F4 1000 RR

The MV Agusta F4 1000 RR is a sports bike suited to twisty-road rides and track days. That makes protection, wind management and your position on the bike useful starting points when choosing accessories. A weekend road ride puts different demands on you from a day at a circuit, even if much of the preparation overlaps.

What riders usually fit to the MV Agusta F4 1000 RR

• Screens: Airflow becomes a consideration on open roads and along circuit straights. On the F4 1000 RR, the shape of the screen matters in relation to your riding position, particularly when you tuck down over the bike.
• Protectors: These can help limit damage to the areas they cover if the bike falls. They deserve a place on the preparation list for track days, but are also a practical choice for an F4 1000 RR used mainly on the road.
• Footpegs: Foot support matters when moving your body through a sequence of bends. For sporty riding on the F4 1000 RR, footpegs are worth considering as part of the relationship between your stance, your contact with the bike and control.
• Levers: Comfortable operation of the controls matters beyond the circuit. On road rides, you use them through repeated braking into bends as well as during the slower urban stretches on the way to your favourite roads.
• Stands: A stand is useful for cleaning and certain maintenance jobs in the garage. If your F4 1000 RR divides its time between road rides and track days, it can make those between-ride care sessions easier to manage.

Choosing parts for the 2013 and 2014-2015 versions

The F4 1000 RR has changed over the years, so parts are not necessarily interchangeable between the 2013 and 2014-2015 versions. Choose your bike’s year on this page to see only accessories that fit yours, rather than relying on the model name alone.
