Accessories for PEUGEOT Metropolis 400i

Accessories for the Peugeot Metropolis 400i

The Peugeot Metropolis 400i is a three-wheeled scooter suited to commuting and everyday journeys around town. Those journeys involve more than time on the road: where you leave the scooter, how often you stop and how long it stays parked all affect which accessories are useful. For this model, it makes sense to consider security and protection alongside parts for regular riding.

What riders usually fit to the Peugeot Metropolis 400i

Whether you use your Metropolis 400i for the daily commute or for shorter trips across town, the accessories below address different parts of that routine. Think about the stops as well as the ride itself:

• Security locks: useful when a typical day involves leaving the scooter outside at work, then parking it again while you run errands. A lock adds a security measure during those repeated stops, rather than serving only when the Metropolis 400i is parked overnight.
• Covers and leg covers: this category is relevant when the scooter is exposed to the weather as part of daily use. A cover is intended for time spent parked, while a leg cover addresses the rider's exposure on colder journeys. Which matters more depends on your parking and riding routine.
• Brakes: traffic lights, junctions and changing speeds make braking a regular part of urban riding. Parts in this category are worth looking at when you are maintaining your Metropolis 400i and need items intended for its braking system.

A useful starting point is the shape of your normal journey: where the scooter is left, how long it stays there and how much of the route is spent in town traffic. That makes it easier to focus on the accessory that addresses your day-to-day use.
