Accessories for the Peugeot Vivacity 2 50 2T 12p E2

The Peugeot Vivacity 2 50 2T 12p E2 is a scooter suited to getting around town. Short trips, frequent stops and parking in busy streets put different demands on it from a bike used for longer journeys. That makes everyday protection, a convenient position for your phone and some shelter from the wind more relevant than accessories intended for touring. What matters most is where you ride: familiar local streets, new addresses across town or more exposed roads on the way in and out.

What riders usually fit to the Peugeot Vivacity 2 50 2T 12p E2

• Protectors: close parking and low-speed manoeuvres are routine when you use this scooter in town. Protectors can help look after it when minor scuffs or knocks are a concern, particularly if your usual journeys involve squeezing into parking spaces and stopping at several places in one outing.
• Phone mounts: useful when your Vivacity takes you to unfamiliar streets or several destinations in a day. A mount keeps your route visible while you ride, so you can follow directions without repeatedly taking your phone out of a pocket whenever you stop to work out where to turn next.
• Screens: riding through wider streets or along more open routes can leave you feeling the wind more than you do among buildings. A screen is worth considering if those stretches are part of your regular journey and you would rather have a little more shelter on the scooter.

For the 2003–2007 Vivacity, these choices serve different parts of a typical urban ride. Think about whether parking, navigating or wind exposure is the part of your journey you would most like to address, rather than fitting something simply because it is available.
