Accessories for the Piaggio Liberty 50 iGet 3V E5 Corporate

The Piaggio Liberty 50 iGet 3V E5 Corporate is a scooter suited to getting around town. Short journeys, junctions and frequent stops put different demands on its accessories from those of a bike used for long-distance travel. Here, the useful additions are the ones that make everyday riding more comfortable, help you find your way across town and take account of the time your scooter spends parked. What you fit will depend on whether your routine involves unfamiliar addresses, more open stretches of road or several stops in one day.

What riders usually fit to the Piaggio Liberty 50 iGet 3V E5 Corporate

These accessories address some of the most familiar parts of an urban journey, from riding into the wind to leaving the scooter outside while you get on with your day:

• Screens: offer some shelter from the airflow on your daily ride. They are particularly relevant if your route goes beyond sheltered streets and includes more exposed roads, where you spend longer riding into the wind.
• Phone mounts: keep directions in view when you are heading to an unfamiliar part of town. For journeys that take you between several addresses, that means less need to stop and take your phone out to check the route.
• Locks: make sense when your scooter is parked between errands or left outside during the working day. Frequent stops are part of city riding, so it is worth thinking about what happens after each journey as well as during it.
• Protectors: help look after exposed areas through everyday use. They are worth considering if your routine includes regularly manoeuvring into tight parking spaces rather than simply riding from one open parking area to another.

A screen may matter most on a longer daily route; if you make several short trips, a phone mount and a lock may play a bigger part in how you use your Liberty.
