Accessories for the Piaggio Liberty S 150 i-get 3V ABS E5

The Piaggio Liberty S 150 i-get 3V ABS E5 is a scooter well suited to everyday journeys, from the commute to a series of short trips across town. That pattern of use makes practical additions worth considering: something to take the edge off the wind, protection for frequent parking and a convenient place for a phone when navigating unfamiliar streets.

What riders usually fit to the Piaggio Liberty S 150 i-get 3V ABS E5

These accessories address different parts of a typical day on the Liberty. Think about where you ride and how often you stop, rather than treating every trip as though it calls for the same set-up.

• Screens: a screen makes sense if your commute takes in exposed roads or longer stretches between built-up areas. It provides shelter from the airflow at the front of the scooter, which can be particularly welcome when those stretches are part of your regular route rather than an occasional detour.
• Protectors: with a scooter used for errands and commuting, parking manoeuvres can be as routine as the ride itself. Protectors help look after the areas they are designed to cover during minor knocks or scuffs, whether you are moving the Liberty into a tight parking space or through a garage.
• Phone mounts: useful when a day involves several addresses or a route through unfamiliar parts of town. A mount keeps navigation directions in view while you ride, rather than leaving your phone in a pocket when you need to know where to turn next.

For a Liberty that spends most of its time on city streets, parking protection and navigation may matter most. If your usual journeys also include more open roads, a screen may make a greater difference. The useful combination depends on the routes you actually ride, not simply the distance of a single trip.
