Accessories for the Piaggio MP3 300 Sport

The Piaggio MP3 300 Sport is a three-wheeled scooter well suited to everyday journeys, with room in its routine for rides beyond town. Commuting brings frequent stops, parking and changing weather; longer stretches of road put comfort and luggage higher on the list. The accessories worth considering depend on which of those situations is most familiar to you, rather than on a single way of using the scooter.

What riders usually fit to the Piaggio MP3 300 Sport

• Protectors: filtering through busy streets and parking regularly can mean the occasional low-speed scrape. Protectors are a practical consideration for the parts they are made to cover, particularly if your MP3 300 Sport spends most weekdays moving between traffic and parking spaces.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover is useful when the scooter is parked outdoors, while a leg cover can make cold or wet commutes more comfortable. That distinction matters if you ride throughout the year: one looks after the parked scooter, the other helps during the journey.
• Luggage: carrying work items or a change of clothes is easier when they have a dedicated place on the scooter. Luggage also makes sense for a trip out of town, when you want to take a little more without having everything on your back.
• Screens: the difference between short urban hops and sustained road riding is often how much wind reaches you. A screen can offer more shelter on those longer stretches, where sitting in the same position for a while makes exposure more noticeable.

For a mainly urban MP3 300 Sport, weather protection and everyday carrying space may take priority. If your journeys often continue onto open roads, a screen and luggage become more relevant alongside the items you use for daily commuting.
