Accessories for the QJMotor SRT 700X Trail

The QJMotor SRT 700X Trail is an adventure-style motorcycle suited to road trips and outings that take in a variety of routes. That mix of riding puts wind protection, luggage and protection for exposed parts high on the list. What makes sense for your bike also depends on whether most days involve a short ride or a longer journey with luggage and perhaps a passenger.

What riders usually fit to the QJMotor SRT 700X Trail

For this sort of riding, it is worth thinking about what makes distance more comfortable and what helps when roads become less predictable:

• Screens: direct some of the airflow away from your upper body on faster roads. If you regularly cover long stretches between stops, a screen can make sustained riding feel less exposed to the wind while you remain in the trail bike’s upright riding position.
• Panniers and cases: provide room for clothes and essentials on a trip, including journeys with a passenger. On a bike used for both everyday rides and weekends away, carrying luggage on the motorcycle can be more practical than relying on a rucksack.
• Protectors: cover particular areas exposed to road debris, dirt or scuffs. They are worth considering when your routes include uneven surfaces as well as ordinary tarmac, rather than being limited to well-kept roads.
• Crash protection: adds protection around the sides during a low-speed drop or an awkward manoeuvre with the bike loaded. This is relevant if your riding combines frequent stops, town streets and trips with luggage.
• Filters: are useful to keep in mind when planning maintenance across many miles and different riding conditions, especially routes where dust is more likely. They belong on the checklist for a motorcycle that sees regular travel.

Start with the riding you do most often. A screen may matter most for sustained road miles; luggage becomes more useful when you begin taking everything you need for several days away.
