Accessories for the QJMotor SRT 900S

The QJMotor SRT 900S lends itself to road trips and longer rides, as well as the journeys you make more regularly. That mix of riding puts wind protection in focus: a short run through town feels very different from spending hours on open roads. If you are deciding what to fit, it makes sense to start with the part of the ride you feel most directly, rather than adding accessories for situations you rarely encounter. A windscreen can alter how the airflow reaches your upper body and helmet when you settle into a steady pace. The effect you notice will also depend on how you sit on the bike. Thinking about your usual routes gives you a useful starting point for deciding what sort of wind protection matters to you on the SRT 900S.

What riders usually fit to the QJMotor SRT 900S

• Windscreens: for a bike used on longer road rides, this is the accessory most closely tied to managing the air coming towards the rider. A screen redirects some of that airflow, which can make a particular difference when you spend a sustained period at road speeds rather than riding between traffic lights. What you feel around your chest and helmet varies with your height, riding position and helmet, so it is worth thinking about where the wind bothers you on your own journeys. If your SRT 900S takes you on both weekday rides and longer trips, consider which of those you want to prioritise. Puig is among the brands offering windscreens for this model.

Use the rides you actually take as your guide: a screen that matters to you on an extended road journey may be less noticeable on a short urban trip. Focus on where you feel the airflow while riding.
