Accessories for the Quadro Qooder 400

The Quadro Qooder 400 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys. For that sort of riding, the useful additions are often the ones that fit around your routine: where you leave the scooter, how often you stop and what it feels like to use in town. Rather than treating every journey as a long ride, it makes sense to think about the whole day, from setting off to parking up at the other end.

What riders usually fit to the Quadro Qooder 400

Accessories for this model cover different parts of daily use. Some matter most after you have switched off; others relate to the ride itself. Here are the types worth considering for a Qooder 400 used regularly around town:

• Security devices: useful when the Qooder 400 is left outside during the working day or parked for several shorter stops. A security device gives you a practical way to protect the scooter while you are away from it. Artago is among the accessory brands available for this model.
• Covers and leg covers: parking and riding in colder weather call for different approaches. A cover is intended for times when the scooter is standing still, while a leg cover is aimed at the rider on the move. Consider which part of your daily journey presents the more regular need.
• Handlebar accessories: the handlebars are part of every slow turn, stop and parking manoeuvre. An accessory in this area may be relevant if you want to tailor a detail of the controls to the way you ride around town, particularly on journeys with frequent changes of direction.

For a Qooder 400 from 2018 to 2020, it helps to start with the moments you deal with most often. If the scooter spends hours parked, security or covering it may take priority; if your focus is the ride through town, the handlebar area may deserve more attention.
