Accessories for the Segway E110S

The Segway E110S is a scooter suited to getting around town. When a bike is used for everyday journeys, what happens between rides matters as much as the ride itself. You may leave it parked while you work, stop somewhere briefly, then set off again through busy streets. That pattern makes security, protection from the weather and the way the scooter feels to handle more relevant than accessories aimed at long-distance touring.

What riders usually fit to the Segway E110S

• Locks: an urban scooter may be parked in several places over the course of a day. A lock is worth considering for the time your E110S spends outside the office, at a shop or near home. It addresses the part of city riding that starts when you leave the bike behind. Artago is among the accessory brands available for this model.
• Covers and leg covers: regular journeys do not always coincide with dry, calm weather. Depending on the item, this category can help shield a parked scooter or make riding in poor conditions more comfortable. It is particularly relevant if the E110S stays outdoors between journeys, or if you rely on it for short trips throughout the week.
• Handlebar accessories: steering through junctions, making tight turns and parking are familiar parts of using a scooter in town. This area of the bike deserves attention if you want to adapt the riding position to those repeated, low-speed manoeuvres. Think about how you use the E110S on ordinary streets rather than setting it up for a touring trip.

Where you park most often is a useful starting point. It helps you weigh up security and weather protection alongside anything you want to change about your day-to-day riding position.
