Accessories for the Suzuki GSF650 Bandit

The Suzuki GSF650 Bandit is a versatile road bike suited to weekday commuting, weekend rides and longer trips. That mix of uses helps set priorities when choosing accessories. Wind protection becomes more useful as motorway miles add up, comfortable controls matter in traffic, and luggage makes it easier to turn a day out into a few days away.

What riders usually fit to the Suzuki GSF650 Bandit

• Screens: help direct airflow away from your upper body on open roads. For a Bandit used on a regular motorway commute or for full days of riding, wind protection can be a more useful addition than a purely cosmetic change.
• Levers: clutch and brake operation is a constant part of riding through town. If your Bandit takes you to work each day, how these controls feel in your hands matters every time traffic slows or queues start moving again.
• Handlebars: influence the position of your arms and wrists. A Bandit doing both urban journeys and weekend runs on winding roads benefits from a riding position that feels comfortable without leaving your arms stretched or tense.
• Crash bungs and bars: help protect the bike during a stationary drop or low-speed tumble. They are particularly relevant when parking your Bandit, turning it around in a confined space or manoeuvring with luggage on board.
• Luggage: gives work essentials or weekend clothing a home on the bike rather than on your back. For trips with a pillion, having room for both riders' belongings becomes more important than it is on a short solo ride.

Choosing parts for your Bandit's year

The Bandit has changed over the years, with 2005-2006, 2007-2008 and 2009-2011 versions to consider. Parts such as levers, exhausts and luggage do not necessarily fit across all three. Choose your bike's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit your version.
